Emanuele earned a Bachelor in Accounting and Finance from the International University in Geneva, Switzerland. His background ranges from that of an investor, real estate agent, to property manager. He's the owner of a multiple property management companies that offers short term rentals to both investors and local communities in South Florida. Emanuele has a personal rental portfolio of 120 units as well as being one of the partners in Domu Private Investments, a rapidly growing investment group that focuses on investing in middle America. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, spending time with his wife and dogs, and training for triathlons.
In this episode Emanuele shares his inspiring story starting off as a maintenance man at 20 years old for a 40 unit apartment complex that he now owns. He focuses a lot on multifamily, short-term rentals, and some long-term rentals.
