Today's guest is Brian Briscoe. Brian started his career path as a PHD student with the dream of being a college professor. All that changed when 9/11 happened. He changed career paths and went active duty in the Marine Corps. While active duty he joined a multifamily mentorship program with the Michael Blank team. Soon after that he rapidly acquired his first three apartment buildings all in 2019.
